It seems like we’re about to lose some fantastic games with PlayStation Plus in February 2025.
PlayStation Plus offers a lot of value for money, regardless of whether you subscribe to the Essential, Extra or Premium tier. Each offers a wealth of titles at no extra cost including first-party bangers, third-party big hitters and indie darlings that may have flown under the radar.

What’s more, you also get exclusive DLC and discounts across all tiers. That being said, with PlayStation Plus Extra you get loads more PS4 and PS5 games, and with Premium, you get the addition of retro classics, trials, cloud streaming, movies and more.

However, unlike PlayStation Plus Essential which keeps games in your library with an active subscription, many of the titles included with Extra and Premium are only available temporarily with regular rotations of outgoings and incomings.
That being said, Reddit user kayrakaanonline has predicted what PlayStation Plus games could be headed for the exit next month. Typically, estimates of when a game is leaving PS Plus are based on how long it has already been available on the subscription service.
So what games could be headed for the exit with PS Plus this coming February, I hear you ask? They are as follows:
- Outriders
- Scarlet Nexus
- Tales of Arise (as well as multiple other games in the series)
- The Forgotten City
- The Outer Worlds: Spacer’s Choice Edition
- The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt
- Wild Hearts
It’s worth keeping in mind that the above games leaving PlayStation Plus are only predictions but it’s not outside the realms of possibility that at least two or three of those could prove to be correct.

Standout games are The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, The Outer Worlds: Spacer’s Choice Edition and Scarlet Nexus as well as the Tales titles.
Depending on how far you may be through some of those games, you might want to get them finished just in case they do leave PS Plus next month. Good luck.
