The PlayStation 5 Pro has been leaked online, meaning an official reveal from Sony could happen very soon.
Sony fans have been talking non-stop about the PlayStation 5 Pro, the upgraded version of the new-gen console that’s supposedly a monster if the leaked specs are to be believed.
Are you ready for another adventure with Astro Bot? We certainly are after watching this trailer a hundred times…
The next PlayStation console is yet to be officially announced but its existence is all but confirmed, and now we’ve got a first look at the new hardware’s design.

This sneak peek comes from a respected leaker called billbil-kun on X, who claims to have seen the console and created an illustration to show fans what it’ll look like.
After taking a look at the design it looks similar to a PlayStation 5 Slim, but with a wider gap between the face plates.

It’s worth noting the design is also that of an all-digital console, and it’s currently unknown if a disc version is on the cards or if fans will have to buy a disc drive separately like they can do with the Slim.
Honestly the design is a bit mid in my opinion, but then again I own a Sega Saturn and bought an Xbox One on launch day so I'm certainly not the best judge of console designs.
Of course a console can look as pretty or as ugly as it likes, it’s all about what’s on the inside that counts and if reports are correct the PS5 Pro will be a significant upgrade compared to the base model.
The DualSense controller will be exactly the same too apparently, which isn’t a bad thing at all as I’d say the PlayStation 5 controller is one of the best controllers ever made in terms of functionality and design.

There’s no word on an official release date for the console, though it’s likely to be announced soon with an end-of-year release date, probably in time for Christmas.
