Last month saw the much-loved Horizon Zero Dawn receive a remaster and now, just a few weeks on from release, we already have a brand new free update.
Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered arrived on the PlayStation 5 and PC on 31 October and saw the hit 2017 action-adventure game receive stunning new visuals and upgraded features.

Now just a few weeks on from release and Nixxes is back with its 1.2 Patch for Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered.
So without further ado, let us take a look at some notable improvements and fixes.

There has been a fix relating to controller functionality when launching the game on Steam as well as improvements to audio during pre-rendered cutscenes.
Additionally, the level of detail has now been improved when viewing settlements from a distance and players can now charge Aloy’s bow whilst dodge rolling.
There have also been various visual fixes as well as the removal of neck seams on certain characters.
Mouse camera movement in Photo Mode will no longer be interrupted on multi-monitor setups and there have been various performance improvements across both platforms.

Patch 1.2 for Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered is completely free and will automatically begin downloading when launching the game.
