Every day we’re getting closer to that Bloodborne remaster, even if it’s not the official one we’ve been holding out for.
At this stage in the game, few Bloodborne fans care how this remaster happens so long as it actually goes ahead at some point before we all expire.
Thanks to the hard work of the shadPS4 emulator team, we’re inching closer to the fast loading FromSoftware experience we’ve been dreaming of.

Until we get the remaster we can amuse ourselves with Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree
It’s a project that’s progressing far quicker than fans had expected.
The latest update shared on Twitter shows a huge decrease in loading times when using an SSD.

We always knew that if the PS4 emulator kept being worked on we’d eventually reach this kind of milestone. That said, we didn't expected it to happen for quite a few months yet.
But progress is fast, much to the delight of fans.
“After the latest update, the loading screen of the game has become one or two seconds!! The game I remember it on the console takes a minute to load and move between worlds,” posted Twitter account @Khalid2c7u.
Their claims are confirmed by the video they shared of these ridiculously fast loading speeds.

Naturally, fans want to download and play the game immediately.
Before it becomes accessible to everyone though, much more progress is still needed. That said, what we’ve already seen is promising.
Could an official remaster be coming for the next generation of PlayStation? Fans are hopeful, though they’re also divided over what the PS6’s first remaster will be.
Sony might be waiting for improved specs before they drop the Bloodborne remaster news, or it could be another case of fans being strung along.

Either way, at least we have the PS4 emulator working overtime to give us what we want.
