There’s no question that The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is one of the most popular fantasy RPGs of all time and Bethesda knows it. It’s the reason why it loves to release a new port for every console generation.
Another fantasy RPG that has been popular with fans recently is Hogwarts Legacy. Released in early 2023, it’s been a joy for fans of Harry Potter’s world of wizarding. So if we have an opportunity to conjure the worlds of Skyrim and Hogwarts Legacy into one wonderful concoction, that would be a magical thing, right? Well, of course, it would.
Check out the trailer for the Phenderix Magic World mod below!
The phenomenal mod that is the topic of today’s discussion has been created by phenderix and it’s available to download now for free via NexusMods. In fact, work began on the Phenderix Magic World mod over two years ago, so if anything, it’s actually inspired more by Harry Potter more so than Hogwarts Legacy but you get my drift. The Phenderix Magic World mod is available for both PC and Xbox.

“Phenderix Magic World is the largest, most comprehensive magic mod available for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - Special Edition,” reads the description of the mod. “The new features added by this mod will completely enhance your gameplay experience and unleash hundreds of new roleplaying and character options. This mod is designed for all types of characters, not just mages. Also - cool fact - it's compatible with virtually every mod made for Skyrim and should contain no major bugs or issues as it has been tested for years.”
The mod looks like it's a lot of fun, not only judging by the gameplay trailers but from the user reviews too. “I just downloaded this mod yesterday and I’ve got to say, it’s the most fun magic mod I’ve ever played,” said Johnny. “I love this mod so much, words cannot describe my happiness. Endorsed!” exclaimed Kaidzen554. “Fantastic mod, I love the land/city additions and the awesome spells,” rejoiced slewis65.
