There’s a lot about Grand Theft Auto VI that we still don’t know, namely its release date.
Last month, Rockstar Games took a step in the right direction narrowing down the window from ‘2025’ to ‘fall 2025’.
To clarify, this refers to fall in the northern hemisphere, so we’re looking at a GTA VI release in either September, October, or November of next year.

Following a release date, the possibility of a PC release is perhaps the next most-asked-about topic when it comes to GTA VI.
At the present moment, GTA VI is only confirmed to be launching on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S but delayed PC releases are by no means a new concept for the franchise.
PC GTA fans should be used to waiting for longer than their console counterparts by this stage.
A PC release may feel like an inevitable given but even still, confirmation would put many fans’ minds at ease.

Unfortunately, I can’t say this latest interview snippet from Take-Two Interactive CEO Strauss Zelnick is going to help ease the situation.
ICYMI: Take a look at GTA VI in action below.
Zelnick recently spoke at the TD Cowen 52nd Annual Technology, Media & Telecom Conference where, as reported by VGC, he touched on the topic of GTA VI’s PC version.

“Well, the lack of an announcement is not something that could be set in stone as near as I could tell, because the only thing that happens after the lack of an announcement is an announcement, I suppose, or a continuing lack of an announcement, I guess that could happen too. It doesn’t seem to me that either would be set in stone,” he began.
Don’t worry if that first part left you feeling somewhat baffled.
“But Rockstar has an approach to platforms which we’ve seen before,” Zelnick continued. “And they will make more announcements in due time. I do believe that the right strategy for our business is to be where the consumer is, and historically what this company has done is address consumers anywhere they are, on any platform that makes sense, over time.”
It’s an answer full of meaningless waffle but hidden between that is the suggestion that, yes, GTA VI will eventually land on PC but there’s no concrete time frame at the moment ready to communicate to fans.

PC hopefuls are going to have to patiently wait a while longer.
