A new GTA V mod has restored over 100 audio tracks that Rockstar Games cut from the final release
If you’ve spent enough time in GTA V, you’ve definitely had the in-game radio blaring as you tear through the streets of Los Santos. Featuring the perfect soundtrack for mindless fun and mayhem, the radio helps keep driving interesting through its varied song selection and wisecracking radio station presenters.

That being said, the game has been out since 2013, and if you’re a regular player, you’ve no doubt heard every song and every voice line a hundred times each in the single-player and GTA Online.

But what if I told you there’s a mod you can download that completely rejuvenates the in-game audio?
Titled Restored beta songs and Pre-Millennium Radio, the mod was created by girlsonfilm, and can be downloaded for free from Nexus Mods.
It does exactly what it says on the tin, adds more than 100 songs, and a new radio station, back into the game. While we can’t list all of the songs and artists it adds, some of the standout additions include Tame Impala, Fleetwood Mac, AC/DC and The Clash to name a few.
The new radio station, Pre-Millennium Radio comes with a 76-song tracklist, with a varied mix of music genres, like rock, pop, rap, metal, indie and much much more.

Even better is the new soundtrack doesn’t replace the existing one, meaning you’ll have a significantly expanded playlist to listen to while you’re doing jobs, hunting down collectables, or outrunning the cops for fun.
Better enjoy Grand Theft Auto V while you can, it shouldn’t be too long for Rockstar Games finally give us an official glimpse at Grand Theft Auto VI, which will likely dwarf its predecessor in terms of size and scale.
The Restored beta songs and Pre-Millennium Radio can be downloaded from Nexus Mods right now.
