Fallout 4’s wastelands can already be pretty spooky thanks to ghouls, mutants and Deathclaws waiting at every turn.
However, this free download aims to make things even scarier by adding a Resident Evil-inspired dungeon to Fallout 4.

With the Fallout series as popular as ever thanks to the success of its TV adaptation earlier this year, plenty of players are returning to its post-apocalyptic settings.
However, with there having been no new entry by Bethesda for the past six years, it has been left to modders to keep the games feeling fresh.
That is why In the Flesh is a relatively new mod for Fallout 4 which will make you feel as though you have just booted up the latest Resident Evil entry.
Created by RascalArt over on Nexus Mods, In the Flesh allows players to “delve into the madness” by exploring a “horror-inspired dungeon” complete with custom enemies and scares.

As the second mod in the Antagonist quest mod series, this one sees you venture into a secret Institute facility to face the evil that dwells within.
The macabre setting is not only inspired by Resident Evil but also Lovecraft and Dead Space.
Situated just north of the Dunwich Borers on Fallout 4’s map, the dungeon is guaranteed to spook you with the modder recommending you go it alone (leave companions outside), turn off any Pip Boy light and ramp up the music.
On your journey, you will encounter some custom-made creatures including zombie walkers, feral ghouls and horror ghouls who level with the player so expect some challenges.
