Bloodborne running on PC is so beautiful I could cry

Bloodborne running on PC is so beautiful I could cry

This is not a drill

This is not a drill you can now play Bloodborne on PC, it’s a little rough around the edges though.

For years now fans have dreamed of a day when they can finally boot up an official version of Bloodborne on their PCs, and while it’s unfortunately not that day, they’re closer than ever before.

Take a look at Bloodborne below

At this moment in time you can play Bloodborne on PC with shadPS4, an unofficial emulator that lets you play a variety of games from Sony’s last-gen console.

One such title is Bloodborne, and while it’s not the best way to play the game by any means it does work, and has inspired hope that a full PC playthrough may be within grasp.

Those who’ve played the port for themselves have reported that it looks quite poor in terms of presentation.

It struggles to keep a stable framerate going, and the resolution isn’t very good either, but it is somewhat playable in its current form.

You might be wondering why an official PC port hasn’t been released yet, after all it's clearly turn a profit given how many people want it, especially after so many new soulsborne fans have joined the fray after Elden Ring.

While FromSoftware is more than keen to get a PC port out there, as well as a PlayStation 5 remaster, it’s ultimately Sony’s IP to sit around and do nothing with as it owns the publishing rights.

Rumours about an official port have been circulating for quite a while, though it’s unclear if it’ll ever actually happen or not.

That being said, if you simply can’t afford to wait for Sony to release the PC port itself, you do now have the option to play it through shadPS4.

It’s clunky, unstable, and very rough around the edges, but it’s also Bloodborne on PC after so many years.
