However, while no new content will be added to the game, patches will still go ahead, fixing and balancing various things to give all players the best experience during gameplay.
The latest patch is 2.02, and introduces pages of much-needed improvements to the game, many applying to the base game but with some specific to the Phantom Liberty expansion.
For Phantom Liberty, most of the changes addressed strange glitches that would impede player progress in quests depending on their prior actions in the game, as well as inaccessible content like weapons and vehicles that couldn’t be picked up or purchased.
This also applies to quests not appearing, mostly those that only begin when the player is contacted by a character on the phone.

Several console and PC specific issues have also been fixed, like trouble selecting a certain graphical settings, in addition to bugs that affected saving the game or loading saves.
Rebalances have also been put into effect thanks to feedback from players. This applies to various weapons found in the game that have had their damage buffed/nerfed, making more weapons viable in combat encounters.
