Marvel has put the spotlight on the latest iteration of Hawkeye who can be found in a new comic book series.
Marvel’s Hawkeye, real name Clint Barton, can get some stick for being one of the most useless Avengers. Yet, I believe some of that stick is unjust as he’s proven time and time again that he’s one of the most valuable members of the superhero group, despite having no actual superpowers.
Check out the Hawkeye trailer below!
Not only is he an absolute wizard with a bow and arrow with an ungodly level of accuracy that any superhero would be envious of, but he’s also a master tactician and able to get the Avengers through some incredibly difficult situations.

In the MCU, Hawkeye has been played by Jeremy Renner since 2011’s Thor. His most recent appearance is in the Disney Plus series, Hawkeye.
However, it’s unclear at this time whether Jeremy Renner will return as Hawkeye in the MCU as that role could be filled by Kate Bishop. But following Renner's miraculous recovery from a snow plough accident that nearly ended his life, I wouldn't rule out this underrated MCU star just yet.
In the meantime, we will always have traditional comic books to help keep us busy and in a new series, we’ve been introduced to a new Hawkeye as highlighted by the official Marvel Comics Twitter account.
Created by Deniz Camp and Juan Frigeri, Charli Ramsey is a character of Earth-6160, a native American, two-spirited hero inspired by Western movies of yesteryear who made their debut in The Ultimates #5.

“When Iron Lad left Clint Barton a recorded message accompanied by archery gear, the marksman walked away from his destiny,” reads the synopsis.
“Charli Ramsey, a member of the Oglala Band of the Lakota Nation, found the gear and message intended for Clint and decided to take the mantle of Hawkeye themselves.”
“Roxxon Energy Partners, a powerful mega-corporation benefitting from the Maker’s status quo, oppressed and exploited Charli’s community. In The Ultimates (2024) #5, Charli used their advanced archery gear and skills to target Roxxon facilities around the country, disrupting the company’s malicious activities.”
The Ultimates is available wherever you buy your physical comic books as well as the digital platform, Marvel Unlimited.
