The Last of Us, an epic game telling the stories of how far survivors would go for those they love in an apocalyptic United States, is now going to reach brand new fans in its upcoming HBO show. Obviously, the levels of hype are nearing the stratosphere, and modders have added actor Bella Ramsey, who is playing Ellie, into the remade Part I and Part II and fans are delighted with the final product.
"A great portion of my relatability to Ellie has to do with her love of puns and her love of cursing," said Ramsey in a roundtable for the upcoming show. "I immediately felt like she was a character that, even just reading the first two scenes that I got given to my audition tape, she felt like somebody that was a part of me already." We're extremely excited for the show and casting Ramsey was a frankly fantastic choice. If you're unfamiliar, Ramsey embodied the role of the ruthless Lady Lyanna Mormont in Game of Thrones, winning them innumerable fans for their imposing performance. They also starred in a handful of His Dark Materials episodes as Angelica and the actor was praised for their turn in Lena Dunham's adaptation of the medieval comedy Catherine Called Birdy.

Even though we have less than a week left to wait, some fans haven't been able to contain their hype and have modded Ramsey into Part I and Part II. Take a look:
The model was made by Alejandro Bielsa, who is a character technical artist at Playground Games, and prolific The Last of Us modder @smasher248 assisted in lending their tools to content creator Speclizer. "This looks so awesome in motion! Great job y'all," said @AbbyStanAccount. "Literally didn’t realize until I read the caption. Bella looks so much like Ellie," praised @zzzeddd25. And now, we wait for the inevitable Pascal mod.
