An important part of playing Hogwarts Legacy is selecting your house. Of course, you can choose from Gryffindor, Slytherin, Hufflepuff, and Ravenclaw.
Each has its own unique house common room in addition to a house-specific quest. Gryffindor’s will see you join up with the famous Headless Hunt, while Hufflepuff’s quest takes you all the way to Azkaban.
Outside of those things, it doesn’t make a huge difference which house you pick, but it’s clever of Avalanche to encourage this kind of replayability.

That being said, it can be very time consuming to work through four complete playthroughs if you do want to experience all houses.
As it turns out though, you can actually explore each of the four house common rooms without needing to start a new save or make use of a mod on PC.
It’s a trick that does rely on a glitch though, albeit one that should work across PlayStation, Xbox, PC, and Switch.
Enjoy a tour of the four house common rooms below if you want to save yourself some hassle.
This handy trick was brought to light by Reddit user 60Dan06. The essence of the trick is that you glitch under the map and find the right spot, but each common room naturally has its specific requirements. You will need a broom and to have unlocked at least one fast travel spot.

It’s somewhat difficult to explain where these glitch spots are but it just so happens that 06Dan06 provided four very detailed clips showing exactly where to head with your broom.
The user adds that you can’t simply walk out of a common room that isn’t yours, so you’ll need to fast travel out.
You also shouldn’t place tokens into another house common room’s chest because you will lose them. Other than that, this should be a safe glitch that simply allows you to have a bit of fun.

“I’ve just tried it and I’m now in the Gryffindor common room,” one Xbox user wrote, while another confirmed they’d accessed the Ravenclaw common room on Switch.
Which house will you check out first?
