GTA 6 trailer 2 has sent fans off the deep end

Another day spells another day without our second official Grand Theft Auto VI trailer and the long wait is starting to get to eager fans.

It’s official. It has almost been an entire year since we received our first official look at Grand Theft Auto VI and with no second trailer in sight, fans are starting to rely on the smallest crumbs of information they can find.

It has almost been a year since we received this trailer!

Our first trailer gave us a sneak peek at brand-new protagonists Jason and Lucia as well as our long-awaited setting of Vice City and its surrounding areas.

However, we want more and fans are relying on rumours, leaks and outright guesses in order to get them through the Rockstar Games drought.

The most recent rumour related to a promotional image released for Grand Theft Auto Online.

In it, we can see the moon which moon buffs will know is in its waning gibbous phase.

Put simply, this next moon phase will occur on 22 November and to fans, they believe this will be the date that we will receive our next trailer.

If that is true, we will see it tomorrow and according to a recent post over on r/GTA6, there is another reason to believe this theory.

“Another reason to believe why 22nd of November could be the day we all have been waiting for,” the post reads.

Apart from the speculation coming from the picture, I did a little bit of research and I found something interesting.

Rockstar announced the first trailer on the 1st of December 2023. Now that seems random at first but the thing is, that day was Friday and if you didn’t know the 22nd of November also happens to be a Friday.

So not only do we have the same day of the week but we are also at the same position as last year.”

Of course, there is no concrete evidence that our second GTA VI trailer will be released, or at least announced, tomorrow but it certainly seems like fans are focusing on that particular date.

I, for one, am not convinced.
