Without question, the arrival of Grand Theft Auto VI will be the biggest video game release of the last decade, well, at least since GTA V.
Following months of rumours and leaks, Rockstar Games finally released the first official trailer for GTA VI in December 2023, and it did not disappoint. The GTA VI trailer uploaded to the Rockstar Games YouTube channel has been smashing records and at the time of writing it has garnered over 181 million views in just three months. However, that number's growth has understandably dwindled in recent weeks.

Before its official trailer reveal, an alleged son of a developer leaked gameplay footage for GTA VI which of course didn't sit well with Rockstar Games’ parent company, Take-Two Interactive. Hopefully, despite the shenanigans of the son, that father is still employed by Rockstar Games and if so, I’m sure he’ll be more careful where he leaves sensitive data. Speaking of which, another leak is making the rounds across social media and this time, it’s a strip club from one of GTA VI’s locations, the returning Vice City.

Please keep in mind that by the time you read this article, the GTA VI stripper club footage in question may have been removed from the Twitter account belonging to Dead__Light69.
It’s also worth noting that this leaked gameplay footage is taken from a very early build; meaning that a lot of textures and animations have not been tweaked or implemented. So the final build will look much better, for sure.
Grand Theft Auto VI does not have a solid release date at the time of writing but we do know that it will be released in 2025 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
