Take-Two Interactive and Rockstar Games may be unwilling to drop a second trailer for Grand Theft Auto VI or even let us in on the game’s release date, but it does seem as if the highly anticipated game is still on track for its fall / autumn window.
Fall suggests September to November.
If you look at the other titles on Take-Two’s release slate, you’ll see that Borderlands 4 is due to drop on 23 September, while Mafia: The Old Country has been revealed to land on 8 August in a new leak.

NBA 2K26 is expected in early September, so that leaves October and November - two of the busiest months for games - open in Take-Two’s calendar, presumably for GTA VI.
Of course, it would be nice to receive confirmation of the game’s release date, but this will do for now as reassurance that nothing has changed.
Already, fans are in agreement that Rockstar and Take-Two have landed on the perfect launch window.
You can view GTA VI’s one and only trailer below.

“That release period is about to be generational,” added RahGeezy.
“Could not be a more perfect time for the game to release. I got chills reading this post,” said michael211996.
