Fans around the world are impatiently waiting for Rockstar to release the second official trailer for Grand Theft Auto VI but instead, it is seemingly more focused on updating Grand Theft Auto Online.
It is hard to believe that it has been well over a year since we received the first official trailer for Grand Theft Auto VI.
Watch the first official Grand Theft Auto VI trailer for the 100th time below!
Released in December 2023, the trailer gave us our first proper look at the new-and-improved Vice City as well as confirming that we would be taking on the roles of brand-new protagonists Jason and Lucia in a Bonnie and Clyde-esque adventure.

However, since the trailer dropped, Rockstar has gone back to being radio silent and as of now, there is no confirmation of when we can see the next one.
All we know, thanks to Take-Two, is that GTA VI is still scheduled to launch in Fall 2025 but we remain in the dark about a potential second trailer.
With fans keeping an eye on Rockstar’s official social media pages, they got excited last night when the company added a post to Twitter.
However, the post was just letting Grand Theft Auto Online fans know about some Arms Trafficking missions, which incidentally, have rolled around before so it is not even new content.

As you can expect, fans were less than pleased and took to the comments to share their thoughts.
“Nice, this has been the ONLY thing I’ve been waiting for, Rockstar!” one user said sarcastically.
Surprisingly enough, the Daily GTA 6 News account added, “We need GTA VI news,” alongside a tired face emoji.
Another user was desperate, commenting, “Literally. Just give us a riddle to solve so we can work out a release date, even if it's just for trailer two.”

With just six months to go before we finally enter the Fall 2025 period, Rockstar is running out of time to release the highly-anticipated second trailer.
Hopefully the delay in a trailer does not mean a delay in the game…
