With Fallout 4 quite literally left in the dust with no new content since 2016, it is up to fans to keep the game alive and one such creator has done just that with an epic, large-scale mod which will see you defending The Commonwealth.
Being a Fallout 4 player is no easy task with Bethesda seemingly leaving the RPG behind to focus on its other projects such as The Elder Scrolls 6 and Fallout 5. With no new content and an almost ten-year old story, you would think that we have seen all Fallout 4 has to offer. However, its modders are not going down without a fight, especially the people over at Sim Settlements 2.

Fallout 4: Last Stand Of The Commonwealth is a large-scale mod that completely overhauls Fallout 4’s settlement system and turns it into a city builder. Led by project manager Kinggath, Last Stand Of The Commonwealth is the final entry in the mod project but it is by no means a quiet exit.

Available to download for free, the final mod chapter allows players to finish the saga as they build an army, prepare for war and unite the commonwealth. By building your outpost, recruiting allies and training them, you will be able to form alliances to aid you against the enemy Gunners. By earning access to extra supplies, specialist units and unique abilities, it won’t be long before you gain the upper hand.
With war comes choices and Last Stand Of The Commonwealth has just that with multiple endings available. Not only that but you will have access to multiple powerful weapons as well as the ability to heal your allies in battle. If you strategise well, you may just be able to come out on top.
Build your settlements containing prisons, watchtowers, armouries and more to create both a perfect town and a place that nobody would want to mess with with Fallout 4: Last Stand Of The Commonwealth.
