Elden Ring officially returns in surprise new release

That's our plans sorted

Elden Ring fans may have already received the masterpiece that is Shadow of the Erdtree this year but the hype is far from over after this brand-new release.

There is no denying that Elden Ring will go down as a classic with the FromSoftware game bound to be mentioned alongside some of the greats in the future.

Check out the official launch trailer for Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree below!

First released back in 2022 and winning Game of the Year, the RPG welcomed its first expansion earlier this year, Shadow of the Erdtree.

In our review for the new release, we called it “a graceful journey’s end”.

“All in all, Elden Ring: Shadow Of The Erdtree is a fitting conclusion to FromSoftware’s biggest, and most-successful title to date,” our very own Sam Cawley said.

“It guides the player by the hand into a brand-new world of mystery and intrigue, treats them to some of the most memorable fights in the series, and rounds things off the only way FromSoftware knows how, leaving you wondering what the hell just happened.”

Now almost five-months on from release and Elden Ring is back in the spotlight with some exciting news.

Thanks to Bandai Namco Game Music, the label is releasing the original soundtrack for Elden Ring on all major digital music platforms.

Consisting of 36 tracks, this collection will bring back memories of your journey across the Realm of Shadow as you listen on platforms such as Spotify, Youtube Music, Amazon Music and more.

Featuring songs such as Gravesite Plain, Castle Ensis, Finger Ruins, Elder Inquisitor and more, this soundtrack will be the perfect accompaniment for travel, work or to get you pumped up to take on your enemies (I don’t know what you do in your spare time).

The Elden Ring soundtrack is available now and will be the perfect way to reminisce on one epic gaming experience.
