Call Of Duty and, in particular its free to play battle royale component, Warzone have been under a lot of scrutiny of late. The developers have gone on record to say they f**ked up and now the game is broken. The game was renamed Warzone Pacific to try to rebrand itself as bug free, and even that launch was delayed by over a month. Activision even issued an apology for the state it's in, which is a rarity.
In fact, the publisher is trying to wipe the slate clean of the whole thing announcing that the sequel would be out by 2023. With a chance to learn from the first versions mistakes, here's hoping this updated game will be a whole lot better. The team has tried everything possible to liven things up in the multiplayer shooter by shoving all that it owns into the game.

The full roster of weapons from Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare, Call Of Duty: Black Ops - Cold War and Call Of Duty: Vanguard are all possible to play with, giving a frankly gargantuan selection. However, it seems the studio might not have bothered as most people have said they prefer to play with the guns from a single game.

A poll started on the r/CODWarzone asked players if they had to stick exclusively to one set of weapons, which game would they go for? With almost six thousand votes and three hundred comments, the fan base has overwhelmingly chosen Modern Warfare's as their weapons of choice. Over 75% of those who responded chose the same set of weaponry.
One user has written "Modern Warfare weapons had a team behind them loving what they do. It was their art, their passion. Look at Cold War guns, Verdansk. No spirit, no passion in guns, designs, animations. They are there to make money for Activision and for the sake of being there. I liked Raven Software since my childhood but they butchered Warzone hard. Hope they got their lessons."
