In a post on Reddit, since removed, fans spotted that a Swiss retailer has listed GTA VI for pre-order, priced at around 90-100 Francs.
This would put the price, allowing for currency conversion, at around $112USD - over the $100 mark that industry analysts insist GTA VI could easily sell for.
GTA 6 is coming later this year, but price and date are still unknown
It’s worth noting that no retailers likely know the actual price of the game, and are simply hedging their bets, or estimating what it could possibly sell for.

Fans within the original Reddit thread aren’t exactly excited by these reportings nowadays.
As Nawnp says, “None of these retailers will know anything until the public knows. They're just creating the listing to have it ahead of time, when preorders one inevitably do open.”
Another user, NSNIA notes a similar thought, “That's a placeholder price and page. It's just another retailer calm down. This is gonna bring them some decent traffic on their website.”
Any retailer who is listing GTA VI on their storefront will get a tremendous number of visits, purely out of intrigue.

Considering the company who originally listed the game likely has no information on the price, or even the release date, they could be using this as a way to gauge enthusiasm.
Though, I’d argue you only need to look at message boards or social media to find out how many people want this game badly.
“Based off the reviews on the site that they responded to it seems like a good guess on the price, they say they have no idea when it's releasing and that price might change,” comments Away_Needleworker6.
Many Redditors are getting fed up with the constant rumours and speculation, with one saying, “Game is on the way, calm down, and stop grasping for anything. If you quit thinking about it, you'll see that it goes MUCH faster.”
