A production listing for Spider-Man 4 that leaked five months ago now looks a lot more legitimate, following confirmation of certain details from Sony themselves.
At the end of October last year, a production listing for the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe film Spider-Man 4 leaked online. At the time, many considered the leak to be fake, but (as noticed by one user on the r/marvelstudios subreddit) it suddenly seems a lot more legitimate now that we know Spider-Man 4’s official title.
Yesterday at CinemaCon, Sony announced that the next Spidey film is officially titled Spider-Man: Brand New Day. The leaked production listing that came out in October also states that the title for the film will be Spider-Man: Brand New Day.

The production listing also states that the film will be shot in the United Kingdom, something we didn’t get an official confirmation of until February this year.
Personally, these two facts combined makes me think that the production listing is legitimate… which would imply that the other details in it are also true.
Thunderbolts* is the next film in line to drop in the MCU.
That's a pretty huge deal because the leak also states that Andrew Garfield, Michael Keaton and Robert Downey Jr. will be returning for the new film. The production listing specifically states that Andrew Garfield will be playing “Spider-Man” and that Robert Downey Jr. will be playing “Doctor Doom”.

Even juicer still, the production listing states that the film will take place “following the events of Doomsday”, and not during the events of Avengers: Doomsday as we assumed.
This indirectly confirms that Tom Holland will be returning for Avengers: Doomsday too, even though that hasn’t been confirmed by Disney.
The “unlikely ally” that the production listing mentions could either be Andrew Garfield’s Spider-Man or potentially even Robert Downey Jr.’s Doctor Doom, although I think the former is more likely.
This could also mean that Sadie Sink, who has been confirmed to star in the film, might end up being Andrew Garfield’s version of Mary-Jane Watson, as the character never appeared in either of his Amazing Spider-Man films.

Honestly, I think this is 100% legitimate now. Although the date in the production listing is incorrect, that likely had to be pushed back due to Tom Holland’s involvement in the upcoming Christopher Nolan film The Odyssey.
Other than that, every other detail in the production listing does line up with what we already know.
