Throughout the Marvel multiverse there are loads of different shows and films that are kind of connected but not really…
It’s very timey-wimey and complicated and it’s going to get even worse when Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars presumably sees loads of different MCU universe crossover.
First we’ve got a few more films to get through though, like Captain America: Brave New World
To make matters more confusing there are shows canon to Marvel that are entirely animated as opposed to live-action, and one of them was just cancelled sparking outrage amongst fans.

It’s called Marvel’s Moon Girl And Devil Dinosaur, and I’ll be honest I’ve never heard of it before but it’s getting cancelled after two seasons and fans are upset about it.
The show’s summary reads: “After 13-year-old supergenius Lunella accidentally brings 10-ton Tyrannosaurus Rex Devil Dinosaur into present-day New York City via a time vortex, they work together to protect the city's Lower East Side from danger.”
It ran for two seasons, but will now be thrown away for reasons that haven’t been made public yet.
Fans responded to the news on X, saying “This show was decent. I enjoyed certain episodes.” and “Yeah, that's disappointing.” Another added “That sucks, the show was awesome.”

It’s just one of many cancellations and delays that have hit Marvel projects over the last few weeks, as the upcoming Blade reboot has been delayed indefinitely, as has the Iron Man continuation Armour Wars.
To be fair though the MCU projects have been delayed because they don’t fit the current theme of multiverse adventures present in the MCU, whereas this animated series has been cancelled for seemingly no reason.
You never know though, perhaps Moon Girl And Devil Dinosaur will return someday, either through a continuation or some sort of reboot.
