It came, we saw and it dominated the first half of 2024 and now the second season of Fallout is set to air a lot sooner than we first thought.
Airing back in April on Prime Video, season one of Fallout gave us our first look at a live-adaptation of the video game franchise with the same name.
Check out our interview with some of the cast of Fallout below!
Showing us the vaults, ghouls and a desolate post-apocalyptic world, the series was praised by critics and viewers alike and still sits at a 94% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

Now according to an interview between Screen Rant and Leslie Uggams, who played the Overseer in Vault 33 in the show, filming for season two of Fallout will begin soon.
The interview, which took place during New York Comic Con, kicked off with a discussion about the digital release of Deadpool & Wolverine but soon turned to the post-apocalyptic show.
Up until now, the most recent news we have received about Fallout season two was back in August when it was revealed that production would begin “soon”.
However, according to Uggams, it will actually begin in November.

“That is an amazing, amazing show,” Uggams said.
“I am with the Vault People, so I didn't get to see what the Earth people were doing. So when it came on, I was blown away. But Betty's got some things up her sleeve. Just stay tuned.
When asked if they had already begun shooting for the next season, she added, “We start November. I’m excited about it.”
With season one of Fallout beginning production in July 2022 before being aired in April 2024, it would be easy to expect the same time scale for the arrival of season two.

However, with second seasons usually filmed a lot quicker thanks to development already being established, we may see it a lot sooner than we think.
For now, it is exciting to learn that production kicks off in just a few weeks time.
