Witcher fans rejoice, Geralt of Rivia is appearing again next year in a rerelease of comic books published in Poland in the 1990s.
Finally translated into English, the comics will be available within a Classic Collection and set you back around $30.
The Witcher will be back on our screens soon with Liam Hemsworth taking on the role of Geralt
This run of comics debuted in Poland in 1993 and ran until 1995, with Dark Horse Comics adapting the work of Andrzej Sapkowski.

Of course, since then the franchise has expanded into video games and TV shows, but it all started in literature and now fans can get their hands on more Witcher lore.
The Classic Collection will feature six issues of the comic book - 296 pages - and cover the short stories, The Lesser Evil, The Betrayal, The Last Wish, and more.
Readers will have the chance to find out more about Geralt’s mother, as well as his time in the Cat School of Witchers.
Illustrated by Bogusław Polch, the comics focused on the original short stories created by Sapokowski, though The Betrayal was only a formulated idea, meaning the story was new to a lot of fans.

The Witcher fans have always been eager for more stories and lore in the already expansive universe and it’s a long wait until The Witcher 4, so this will be your chance to experience more of the world.
Expect some very unique appearances for our Witcher Geralt. The art style of the 1990s was very unique compared to modern comic books and Geralt looked a little different to what you might expect.
The collection is due for release on 18 March 2025, which is itself a bit of a wait, so I can heartily recommend the original novels if you haven’t already gobbled them up.
They’re each brilliant stories and expand the series beyond what you might already expect if you’ve only played The Witcher 3.
