Astro Bot and PlayStation dominate The Game Awards nominations

We take a look at 2024's The Game Awards nominations

We are rapidly approaching December and that only means one thing.

No, not Christmas. It’s even better.

Check out the launch trailer for Astro Bot below!

The Game Awards 2024.

Set to air on Thursday, 12 December and hosted by Geoff Keighley, The annual Game Awards celebrates the best of the best in the past year of video games and this year has been one hell of a ride.

From Astro Bot and Metaphor: ReFantazio to Neva and The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom, 2024 has had something for everyone and now we can finally gather to hear which titles will be fighting it out to win a coveted trophy.

Additionally, it is worth noting that Final Fantasy VII Rebirth and Silent Hill 2 are both PlayStation 5 exclusives so it is safe to say that Sony was unbeatable this year. In fact, it topped the studio noms list, garnering 16 across its various titles.

Now we just have to wait until 12 December to find out who will come out on top.
