Ubisoft has finally released the PC specs and install size requirements for Star Wars Outlaws, and you better hope you've got a beefy SSD.
On the lower end of the PC specs, to play Star Wars Outlaws at 1080p with 30 FPS players are going to need "AMD Ryzen 5 3600 @ 3.6 GHz, Intel Core i7-8700K @ 3.70 GHz, or better" and "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 (6 GB), AMD RX 5600XT (6 GB), Intel Arc A750 (8 GB, with ReBAR on) or better" - alongside 16 GB of RAM.
To run it at it's mid-range, recommended settings and to play at 60 FPS, players are going to need "AMD Ryzen 5 5600X @ 3.7 GHz, Intel Core i5-10400 @ 2.9 GHz, or better" and "NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti (8 GB), AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT (12 GB) or better".

And finally, to run Star Wars Outlaws on Ultra, at 2160p and 60 FPS, you're gonna need "AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D @ 3.4 GHz or Intel Core i7-12700K @ 3.8 GHz" and "NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 (16 GB), AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX (24 GB) or better".
All of this is will require a whopping 65 GB of space to install, and Ubisoft have specified that you'll need an SSD to run Star Wars Outlaws. Long gone are the days of installing video games on your bog-standard type of hard drive.
That being said, these requirements aren't ridiculous. You'll still need a relatively modern/expensive rig to play everything on Ultra, but the mid-range requirements should be reachable for a lot of PC players.
If you want to check out whether or not your PC can run Star Wars Outlaws, you can check the specifics on Ubisoft's website for yourself.

But hey, maybe just wait until it's out first. PC games have a tendency to sort of... not work on release sometimes. Let everyone else report back first, then feel to drop £114.99 on the Ultimate Edition.
