Who would like to download and play some new Xbox releases for free with no Game Pass requirement? If that sounds like your cup of tea, then you’re in the right place.
It’s fair to say that keeping up with the latest video game releases can be a financial burden, which is why subscription services such as Xbox Game Pass and PlayStation Plus offer so much value. Not only do the services offer hundreds of video games at our disposal but it can work out much cheaper than buying even a single video game per month.

This week, Bandai Namco released its next big hopeful anime RPG Sand Land based on the manga of the same name. It’s also the creation of the late great father of Dragon Ball, Akira Toriyama.

So if you’re tempted to buy Sand Land but are unsure whether you want to cough up the cash, not only is there a free playable demo to download right now for Xbox, but you can also read our review. There are also a few new notable demos for three indie titles, namely Harmony: The Fall of Reverie, Brocula and Skeler Boy.
In our review of Sand Land, we said: “While I wish it would have baked its ideas for a little longer under the desert sun, I’d happily recommend this to any and all anime fans, especially those who love the work of Akira Toriyama.”
Harmoney: The Fall of Reveria is developed by the original Life is Strange creator DON’T NOD, so if you like its brand of video games, then it might be worth checking that one out at least.
