I've been playing Star Wars Outlaws recently, and it's pretty good! But it's not really scratching the Star Wars itch for me in quite the way I thought it would.
While there's plenty to genuinely like - and even a few things to really love - about the new Star Wars game from Ubisoft, Outlaws has plenty of room for improvement.
What I really find myself craving is a hardcore Star Wars RPG. Which, to be fair, is not what Outlaws is trying to be.

If you're anything like me, you might want to check out Star Wars Genesis. This is a total conversion mod for Starfield that basically turns Bethesda's RPG into a fully-fledged Star Wars adventure with a brand-new story, characters, quests, and more.
As someone that's dabbled with a few Star Wars mods in Starfield before now, it does really add a little something extra, and Star Wars Genesis is a comprehensive modlist that will completely change Starfield for you.
"This is not your typical modlist that simply combines every mod out there into a jumbled mess and calls it a day," reads the NexusMods description.
"This is a modlist created by a passionate Star Wars lover and Mod Author that features countless mods of my own that were built specifically for it, including the Main Story Conversion, Soundtrack, Environmental Storytelling, Custom Balancing, Roleplay Elements, and Lore.

"Star Wars Genesis is an experience. One that you cannot find anywhere else. It is the Ultimate Star Wars RPG, featuring a harsh and unforgiving Galaxy that is not been seen yet in any other form of modern Star Wars media. Heavily inspired off of Star Wars Galaxies, Knights of the Old Republic, and Legends."
If Outlaws isn't quite doing it for you, or you just want even more Star Wars after you're done having a blast with Ubisoft's game, be sure to bookmark Star Wars Genesis and come back to it when you're ready.
