They may not get to explore said map for years yet, but The Elder Scrolls fandom is already enthusiastic about the size of The Elder Scrolls VI’s map.
Foolhardy though it may be to keep thinking about a Bethesda title years away from launching, we can’t help but get sucked in by the possibilities.
Consequently, we return to the one and only trailer for The Elder Scrolls VI.

Despite keeping most of the details concealed, there’s just enough in that teaser trailer to have fans theorising.
On The Elder Scrolls VI subreddit, AdorableStoryAbout_ took a closer look at the mountains looming large in the 2018 E3 clip.

From there, the OP references how “small” we’ll be in the next game, before wondering if “levitation” will be included in the new title to help traverse this overwhelmingly big map.
“Can we just talk about how much land I’m gonna have to run thru to get to my objective,” responded Lamp200.

“If they keep the scale of the trailer, there’s gunna be a lot of space between the average 300+ dungeons they put in these games,” commented the OP.
One individual goes so far as to deconstruct the trailer so that we can get a clearer idea of just how big the map really is.
However, it’s important to note that the same fan believes the trailer will have no bearing on the actual game.
As much as we hope they’re wrong in their assumptions, they’re likely right.

Still, if they’re proven wrong, then our character is going to be extremely busy trying to navigate the world of The Elder Scrolls VI.
