There are plenty of great games to play on Steam, many of which are free if you look in the right places. However, if you’re looking to play some of the latest and greatest, like Baldur’s Gate 3, you’ll need to fork over a hefty sum of cash to add them to your library.

Luckily, users can bolster their Steam wallets with $20, as a new giveaway will hand over a gift card provided you’re lucky enough to win the prize draw.

The $20 is being offered by Free Steam Games on Twitter and comes with a few entry requirements before you’re in with a chance of winning the goods.

The first thing to do is follow them on Twitter, as well as EvlnuGameWorks which is presumably the sponsor of the giveaway. Next, you need to log onto Steam and locate the game Mall Heist. Add it to your wishlist, snag a cheeky screenshot as proof and comment on the post. Last but not least, is like a retweet and you’ll be all set to claim the prize provided you’re chosen as the winner.

Entries are open until 11 January, which is just three days away, then the winner will be randomly chosen and awarded their gift card shortly after.

There’s obviously no guarantee that you’ll be walking away with the $20, but it doesn’t hurt to enter and it's free to do so anyway. Besides, when there are so many great games on the market at the moment, with more on the way, $20 can get you a decent discount on a AAA title, or a handful of smaller games if you prefer.
