A soon-to-be-released Steam title offers a thrilling survival adventure to play through.
Reminiscent of The Last of Us, combined with a little bit of BioShock, this game promises to be gripping, a little scary, and challenging.
But if you love the games that have clearly influenced its creation, we feel you’ll enjoy what Hail to the Rainbow has to offer.

You follow Ignat’s story. Having received an unusual email, Ignat’s life changes, leading them down roads he never thought he’d travel.
This first-person game comes from Носков Сергей.
It delivers a “story-driven adventure” that combines “horror and shooter elements”.
Watch the trailer for Hail to the Rainbow now.
“In the universe of the game, you will face the dangers of a new reality, immerse yourself in the secrets of the surrounding chaos, and also relive the memories and moral torment of the protagonist.”

Doesn’t sound like the most pleasant experience for Ignat or you, but we’re certain it’ll be highly entertaining and nerve-wracking.
Currently, there’s no specific release date for Hail to the Rainbow.
The last development update shared on Steam has opted to avoid any release window timeframes to avoid potentially disappointing fans if the suggested deadline is missed.
However, if you like what you’ve seen and read thus far, you can get a taste of its gameplay and story by downloading its free demo.

From what we can glean from its Steam page, this demo is only compatible with PC. Whether this will change further down the line, we can’t say.
If you’re able to enjoy this free download, prepare to work out brain-teasing puzzles in addition to fighting off enemies. Have you got what it takes?
Even if the demo proves that you don’t, at least you’ll know so that you can avoid spending money once the full game is released.
We suspect you’ll be able to handle whatever Hail to the Rainbow throws at you, though.
