Steam users can claim a whopping 13 free games they can keep in their libraries forever, some of them are pretty good too.
We’ve got a long list to get through here so let’s not split hairs, let’s just jump right into what’s available and a little bit about each title.
Before that though, please check out our extensive preview on Star Wars Outlaws, releasing later this month!
First on the list is JDM: Rise of the Scorpion, a racing game with a story mode and a lot of cars to collect and master, drift kings will love this one.

Next we have T.I.M.E, a first-person arena shooter where you’ll go head-to-head with another player in an intense shootout, fun to play with a friend.
Then we arrive at The Prison, a multiplayer game where the player must decide if they want to break out of the prison complex, or become its unexpected king…
Next up is Havoc, an arcade-style first-person-shooter that boasts decent gameplay with multiple game modes, as well as semi-destructible environments for added immersion and options during combat.
My personal favourite for pure silly reasons is Run Run My Bride, another arcade-like title that makes me think of the Pepsi Man game for the OG PlayStation, as it pretty much functions the same.

Moving on to Playback Loop, a unique first-person puzzle platformer where you record your actions and then play them back to solve the conundrum.
Shoulders of Giants: Prepare to Croak is a good pick for roguelike fans, it’s permadeath with quick-paced combat and pretty graphics, definitely worth a try, plus you can play it with friends.
Blood Lust is another fine choice too, a multiplayer arena game where you duke it out as one of many occult warriors and mages.
Next is Business Empire Tycoon, which is pretty much exactly what it says on the tin, not much explaining needed there.

The next two titles are more horror-focused, the first being Spooky Mansion. Don’t let that rather simple name fool you though, this is a charming retro-inspired mystery game worth checking out.
The other spooky title is Skeleton Hall, a horror game you play with a friend as you both attempt to escape a monster-filled maze.
Second to last is RantCPU’s ClickBait, a bizarre clicking game that I’ll let you discover for yourself…
Finally we arrive at Sports Party, a motion-based party game that has you play a number of minigames in order to get fit.
