Looking for something new to play that won’t break the bank? Steam has you covered.
An additional eight free-to-play titles have now landed on the PC storefront and while, yes, there's unlikely to be a GOTY contender hidden amongst them, you may still stumble across an underrated gem.
As reported by SteamGamesPC, the first title up for grabs is Arena of Faith, a 5v5 competitive MOBA that sees deities face off against human beings.

This title previously found success on mobile although by the sounds of it, Steam users are finding the game’s PC controls a little unwieldy.
Toaster Arena is for you shooter fans.
In this first-person multiplayer arena shooter, you’ll battle it out in various game modes including the likes of Free For All and Zombie Infection.
It goes without saying that alongside the various game modes, you’ll also be able to take advantage of a variety of weapons and so-called “advanced movement” to gain the upper hand on the battlefield.

Hopping back into the world of MOBAs, I present to you Spell of Infinity.
In this high fantasy title, you’ll team up with fellow players and engage in 4v4 battles and boss mob raids against all kinds of beastly foes.
Marvel Rivals is a free-to-play title that’s captured everybody’s attention.
After something a tad more on the cosy side? Moldbreaker: Rise of the Loaf could be the one for you.

In this platformer, you’ll assume the role of Bradley the Breadapus. Yes, that’s a platypus made out of bread (and waffles).
Inhabiting a world made entirely of bread, Bradley must eradicate encroaching mould. Honestly, it looks pretty fun and is giving me major Croc vibes.
Next up is ReSpaced, yet another first-person shooter.
In this game, you’ll play as a test subject seeking to escape a space station overrun by hostile enemies with devs teasing unique mechanics that “turn your gun into more than just a weapon”.

King Arthur: Legends Rise is a glossy turn-based RPG inspired by the famous legend of King Arthur and the knights of the round table.
“Recruit loyal knights, explore a vast medieval fantasy world, and restore the kingdom of Camelot to its former glory,” teases the synopsis.
If you’re yearning for yet another platformer, PIO could be for you which stars a tiny little creature that looks a lot like Hello Kity’s Kuromi.
This one comes with its fair share of boss battles too as you’ll need to face a number of trials in order to become “the most radiant star”.

Finally, I’ll draw your attention to Eva’s Hook. This one is also a platformer, albeit a rather strange one.
Eva, a scantily-clad woman, finds herself frozen. In this state, she can only rely on a grappling hook to escape “the icy prison that holds her”.
I’m not entirely sure how grappling will unfreeze Eva but I suppose that’ll unfold in the story.
All of the above titles are available to enjoy for free right now on Steam.
