If you’re looking for a game that’s equal parts Elden Ring and sandbox games like Minecraft, then Enshrouded might be just the game for you, and it’s on Steam right now.
I’m sure many of us are still reeling from yesterday’s Elden Ring: Shadow Of The Erdtree gameplay reveal. FromSoftware kept details on the DLC to a bare minimum prior to the trailer, and seemingly for good reason and it’s clear they were absolutely cooking when developing the expansion.

Many like myself probably let out a sigh of relief when a release date was shared at the end of the trailer, 21 June, and while that’s not miles away we’ve still got a good while to wait until we can once again explore the Lands Between. In the meantime, why not give Enshrouded a go, which is like Elden Ring had a baby with Minecraft to create a gorgeous fantasy open world survival game.

It boasts a beautiful world to explore, filled with dangers that’ll require all of your wits and skills to survive. You’ll mine, explore, craft tools and weapons and go head-to-head with some frankly terrifying enemies, either prevailing or dying in the process.
Enshrouded is an early-access game available right now on Steam, you can even play it online with friends.
