Uh oh, I think I may have found my next cosy obsession.
I’ll be honest, it’s hard to tear me away from Stardew Valley and Animal Crossing: New Horizons.
I’ve worked so hard on my respective farm and island that as delightful as embarking on a new cosy adventure is, it’s hard to spread my commitment across so many titles.

Every now and then though, I unearth something that is wonderful enough to convince me to do just that.
For example, I’m a big fan of Fae Farm - and now I think Wish Upon A Llama may be joining that line-up.
Developed by Millionhare Studios, Wish Upon A Llama is a pixel-art life sim made in the style of those aforementioned games.
In fact, I’ll be quiet for a moment and let the trailer do the talking.

Take a look at Wish Upon A Llama in action below.
I wasn’t lying. How stunning does that look?
“Embark on a delightful journey of breeding and raising adorable animals like llamas, bunnies, and capybaras while building meaningful relationships with the residents of Llama Town,” reads the game’s synopsis.

“What unique animal breeds will you discover and whom among the townsfolk will you befriend? Adventure awaits!”
As the description makes quite clear, all of your usual cosy fare is included here, from romancing your fellow townsfolk to decorating your humble abode.
And all whilst this is going on, you can breed and look after adorable animals.
Wish Upon A Llama is targeting a 2025 launch on PC but you don’t have to wait until next year to dive in.

A free demo is available to sample on Steam now, which is exactly what I’ll be doing this evening.
If you like what you play, it’s well worth supporting the developer by wishlisting the game which will help you stay up to date on its progress as it nears launch next year.
