Although this may come as a shocking revelation to some, there are other games out there besides The Witcher. I know, it’s a lot to take in right now, but I promise you that this PlayStation Plus free game is perfect for those of you who keep returning to Geralt for more.
As a The Witcher fan, I appreciate it sounds almost unthinkable to suggest another game, especially if you’ve dived back into The Witcher 3 for the beautiful new epilogue. However, you can still remain true to your one and only by playing a game with a similar vibe, and that offers deliciously satisfying narrative choices.
Are you ready for the Swansong?
Vampire: The Masquerade – Swansong is new to PlayStation Plus and is free to play. This narrative RPG will ultimately decide how the three protagonists will exist in the deadly cityscape of Boston Camarilla.

This comes from devs removed from the highly praised Vampire Masquerade – Bloodlines franchise, but that doesn’t mean you should discount it before seeing what it has to offer. Especially when it’s free. Of course, if you play via Steam, you’ll have to purchase it for a price, and while that price is small, free is always better.
“Gotta be real, I wasn't expecting much,” stated one player. “But damn! The game blew away my low-key expectations, especially during the playthrough. The story's legit, and the characters are interesting.”
This was followed by another who said, “Usually I don't play such games – dialogue based with lots of cut-scenes – I like shooter and military games, but I really love this one. It has good story and I got hooked up on this game.”
When a game can turn people away from their usual MO, it shows it has many merits worth investigating. Besides, PS players can get it for a steal, making it just a tad more alluring – and vampires are damn alluring to begin with!
