It appears that PlayStation has leaked part of its own PlayStation Plus lineup for August via an email sent out to users.
First reported on Twitter, an email is shown listing a bunch of PlayStation classics that are available to play in the month of July, however, one of those games isn’t actually on the service.
We really enjoyed our time with Star Wars Outlaws and are eager to play more on release
This has caused players to wonder if the game was added to the email in error and is actually launching in August as part of the PlayStation Plus lineup.

The game in question is Secret Agent Clank, part of the Ratchet and Clank series. Originally launched for PSP, in this outing, players controlled Clank only and took on espionage missions.
The subscription service tends to add new classic titles every month for the premium tier and they’re often new ways to play older games on modern hardware.
In recent months, many of these older retro titles are even arriving with trophy support and emulation tools as part of Sony’s push to keep their back catalogue alive.
Of course, this inclusion in the email may just be a mistake. Perhaps an eager employee added it without a second thought, but given the aforementioned push from Sony, it wouldn’t be a surprise to see Secret Agent Clank come to the catalogue.

There are plenty of people on Twitter looking forward to seeing another PSP game on the service, especially as finding a console in good condition, along with the games you want, is a tough prospect nowadays.
PlayStation feeding us these retro titles, even if they’re locked into their premium subscription, is great for game preservation and allowing people to revisit old favourites with ease.
We’ll have to wait for the official announcement of August’s selection to see how this shakes out, so if you’re a fan of Ratchet and Clank, keep your fingers crossed.
