PlayStation Plus subscribers can expect another game in their libraries over the next few weeks, an obscure title but one to try nonetheless.
With three different tiers, it can be a bit tricky to find the PS Plus level that’s right for you. For me personally, it’s Extra as I like the library of games it has and don’t like the idea of cloud-streaming on the more expensive Premium tier.
Not that Premium doesn’t have perks of its own though, as some of those retro titles are pretty swell.
If you are subscribed to the Premium tier for the retro titles though, you can expect another to be announced later this month, Patapon 3.

Patapon 3 is a PSP title that launched in 2011, and is described as a rhythm game and the final instalment in the series.
Apparently, it’s actually the worst of the three games for a number of reasons, yet it’ll seemingly be coming to PS Plus later this month.
Fans found the game on PlayStation’s backend, which usually means an announcement is imminent.
The news was shared to a Reddit thread and garnered a pretty decent response from subscribers, with one saying, “Finally! I wonder if the multiplayer will be functional though, since it was a big part of the experience.”

Another followed up by saying, “My god, I love the Patapon IP. What I would give for a Patapon 4 (not Ratapon)."
“For anybody who doesn’t know, there’s a seemingly almost identical spiritual successor in development called Ratatan, presumably made by people who originally worked on Patapon,” added another.
Sounds like it’ll at least be worth a try when it’s added to your subscription, though if it’s a PSP title, it’ll likely be locked by the Premium tier.
Probably not worth upgrading, but I hope those who already subscribe to that tier enjoy themselves.
