PlayStation Plus users will need to claim these precious points towards free store credit before the deadline passes.
It’s a great feeling when you buy a video game that you’ve had on your radar for a while with a tidy discount, especially with the cost of just about everything continually on the rise.
They say “patience is a virtue”, and that can certainly be the case if you manage to resist buying a major AAA title on day one, whether you play on PC, PlayStation, Xbox or Nintendo.

One great way to make some tidy savings (other than waiting for a game to be discounted in a sale) is loyalty schemes such as PlayStation Stars and Microsoft Rewards.
Take PlayStation Stars for example, once you’re signed up to the free service, by completing easy campaigns found on the PlayStation mobile app, you’ll be earning points in no time that can be redeemed against a number of digital goodies.

The PlayStation Stars campaigns mostly consist of playing the latest PS Plus inclusions, buying a specific game or simply spending money on the PlayStation Store, each rewarding you with points or a digital collectable to display on your PS mobile profile.
These points can be spent on other exclusive digital collectables, a selection of full games, in-game currency or best of all, in my opinion, £5 or £10 free PlayStation Store credit to spend how you please.
As brought to our attention by Push Square, one such campaign ends on 30 April 2025, called ‘PlayStation Plus Game Catalogue, which will earn you an easy 50 points.
To earn the free 50 points, you just have to fire up one of the following PlayStation Plus games:
