PlayStation 5 owners can grab a free six month trial of Apple TV+ free of charge, but only until the end of the month.
PlayStation users are being spoilt for choice when it comes to bonus downloads and trials. Players who’ve got access to the PlayStation Plus subscription service can get free monthly games, an entire catalogue of titles, and free trials for new releases, but sometimes there are some great freebies on offer, no subscription required.

This month, anyone who owns a PS5 can sign up for a 6-month free trial of Apple TV+, but only until 31st July, which is only a few weeks away.
Advert
Apple TV+ includes a large variety of original TV shows and films, such as Ted Lasso, Severance, Silo, The Morning Show, Shrinking and Ghosted, all of which can be enjoyed without splurging on yet another subscription service.
Even if you’ve used Apple TV+ in the past, you can still access the 6-month trial, provided you don’t sign up with AppleOne, which rolls all of the company's services into one package, which the free trial doesn’t support.
All you need to do is download the app to your PlayStation 5 console, if you haven’t already, and go through the steps needed to activate your free trial. This will only work on the console itself, not through a computer or mobile device.
This is definitely a deal worth accepting, especially if your PS5 is your home’s main streaming device, but interested users will need to act fast, as the offer will disappear as soon as the month ends.
