PlayStation free store credit available now, but you've just 1 week

One week remains

One week. That’s how long you have left to claim these free store credit offers.

It sounds like a considerable amount of time, especially due to January feeling like a never-ending month, however, it will soon fly by.

The first PlayStation freebie you can claim is for 50 points, a somewhat modest reward when compared to others.

Users need only purchase one of the following titles after activating this PlayStation Stars campaign, and those 50 points will soon be theirs to keep.

  • Nine Sols
  • Ape Escape
  • Let it Die
  • Journey

As the campaign itself mentions, the titles included in this offer might vary depending on region, so check the PS app before making any purchases.

ICYMI: God of War Ragnarök has now landed on PlayStation Plus' extra tier.

Next, we have a more desirable 250 points up for grabs. Once again, you’ll need to part with your money in exchange for this freebie, which some gamers will find unappealing.

Activate the campaign, then purchase any one of the following games.

  • Hitman 3
  • Monster Hunter Rise
  • Dragon Ball Sparking Zero
  • Hades
  • Hogwarts Legacy
  • Elden Ring

Taking into account the popularity of each of of the aforementioned experiences, this might be an offer that proves tricky to claim.

The way in which PS Stars works has long been contested by users, who believe that the system is designed to create “unhealthy spending habits”.

While we’re not here to debate the pros and cons of these campaigns, we appreciate that what they offer won’t be of interest to everyone.

If you’re able to make the most of the above deals, both are only available until 31 January.

Also soon to leave are these eight free games from PlayStation Plus that fans are imploring people to play before time runs out.

Time is short, so act sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment.
