PlayStation gamers everywhere can currently get their hands on a decent amount of free store credit. And the best part is that all you need to do to grab it is play one of 11 games. I'd imagine you were planning on doing that anyway, so you might as well get paid for it.
For those that might not be aware, PlayStation has a new(ish) loyalty system called PlayStation Stars. Via this program you can earn all manner of free downloads and, on occasion, points that can be traded in for free store credit.
PlayStation Stars is also completely free to sign up to, and it's pretty easy to earn points without even really thinking about it. Once you have an account all you need to do is log your purchases and you'll start earning, so definitely get on it if you haven't already.

If you're the kind of gamer that thinks free store credit is pretty neat, PlayStation recently announced all the shiny new ways you can bet bonus points throughout April. It's so easy even I could do it, and for full context for those readers that don't me, I'm a massive idiot.
Available from today, PlayStation gamers can earn 50 bonus points by playing any one of the following four games:
- Days Gone
- Death Stranding
- Doom Eternal
- NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139…
It's as easy as loading up one of the games above while logged in with the PlayStation account you've set up Stars with. Stars should, in theory, do the rest and give you the points if it's working properly.

You can also get your mitts on an additional 50 if you play one of April's PlayStation Plus free games. If you've forgotten what those are, you can find 'em below.
- Immortals of Aveum
- Minecraft Legends
- Skul: The Hero Slayer
Finally, from 11 April you can earn another 50 points if you buy any one of the PSVR2 titles:
- Legendary Tales
- Pavlov
- Arizona Sunshine 2
- Beat the Beats VR
