PlayStation Plus is once again updating its offering for its Extra game catalogue, granting players over 200 hours of new gameplay.

Now we can’t lie, yesterday’s PlayStation Plus announcement was pretty dire compared to previous months, but it still includes a few games worth playing.

Also worth playing this month is the new and improved Silent Hill 2, perfect for the spooky season

Joining your PlayStation Plus subscription this month is Dead Island 2, Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands, Two Point Campus, GRIS, Return To Monkey Island, The Dark Pictures Anthology: The Devil In Me, Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed, Tour De France 2023, Firefighting Simulator: The Squad, and Overpass 2.

Not bad, but not great either, though I’d happily recommend Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands to anyone, it’s a fantastic open-world game.

Dead Island 2 is also worth checking out, as despite the hell it went through during development it turned out to be pretty decent, though not extraordinary.

Whether these games are your cup of tea or not is for you to find out, though when you take a look at the average completion time for each title via HowLongToBeat, it quickly adds up to over 200 hours of content, provided you finish each game of course.

If you’re not interested, worry not as they weren’t the only games included in yesterday’s PlayStation Plus announcement.

Also announced were the inclusions of two new classic titles, only available to those with a Premium subscription.

These are Siren, and Dino Crisis, the latter being a very exciting addition especially since it’s believed to be an enhanced version, though you will need to cloud-stream it rather than install and play.

All in all it’s been a less exciting month for PlayStation Plus subscribers, though it hasn’t been the worst either, hopefully next month is an improvement.
