PlayStation Plus subscribers, your April extra and premium tier offerings have arrived.
There are eight titles being added in total across both catalogues.
That’s less than we’re perhaps used to, but this month’s line-up includes a major headliner and two day one launches.

That headliner is Hogwarts Legacy, which will be joining the extra tier next week from 15 April.
As for those day one launches, they are Blue Prince and Lost Records: Bloom & Rage Tape 2.
The former is already available, and if you’re in doubt as to whether to pick it up, I can tell you that GAMINGbible’s Ewan recently awarded it a perfect score of 10.
Lost Records: Bloom & Rage Tape 2 lands on 15 April with the rest of this month’s line-up following the launch of Tape 1 back in February, which I awarded a score of nine.

You can take a look at Blue Prince in action below.
They’ll be joined by EA Sports PGA Tour, Battlefield 1, and PlateUp! on the extra tier, as well as Alone in the Dark 2 and War of the Monsters on the premium tier.
If you tackle all of those titles, you could be looking at over 140 hours of playtime.

According to HowLongToBeat (and Meta Game Guide*), this month’s included games have the following playtimes for their main and side story content:
- Hogwarts Legacy - 45 hours
- EA Sports PGA Tour - 20 hours
- Battlefield 1 - 10 hours
- *PlateUp! - 36 hours
- Alone in the Dark 2 - Six hours
- War of the Monsters - Five hours
We don’t have exact collective playtimes for Lost Records: Bloom & Rage Tape 2 or Blue Prince just yet as new launches.
My colleague Ewan completed Blue Prince in around 10 hours though (but has logged 50 hours completing activities beyond the main story), while Bloom & Rage Tape 1 took me around eight hours, so I wouldn’t think that Tape 2 is all that dissimilar.

All in all, I make that upwards of 140 hours worth of games. Nice.
