If the lack of a PlayStation 5 port has been holding you back, that issue may soon be one of the past as suggested by an online leak spotted by Push Square.
The outlet revealed that a PS5 trophy list for Sayonara Wild Hearts has appeared on PSNProfiles.

At the time of writing this, no announcement from either PlayStation or Annapurna Interactive has said that a native PS5 port is due to be released.

Some believe this theory is further strengthened by the fact that the title was recently added to PlayStation Plus Extra.
Naturally, fans will now be watching this story closely for any further developments.
In the meantime, we can only speculate on whether its PS5 version will be free for those who’ve already purchased the PS4 version.
This is typically what happens; however, it’s uncertain whether those who are playing via PS Plus will be able to enjoy the upgrade for free.

Unless Sony adds it to the PS Plus Extra collection as well, it seems unlikely.
Another PS5 port has seemingly been leaked, only this time the premature “reveal” has come from Sony itself.

Similarly to Sayonara Wild Hearts, we’ll have to wait for official confirmation before we allow ourselves to get too excited.
