Free PlayStation Plus drops, is a massive hit with fans

Free PlayStation games!

If you’ve treated yourself to a fancy Sony 4K TV recently, you may be sitting on a free PlayStation Plus promotion.

Regardless of the tier, Sony's PlayStation Plus can offer hundreds of video games to play at your disposal. What’s more, you can also take advantage of exclusive DLC and discounts from the PlayStation Store.

Check out the Astro Bot trailer below!

In total, there are three PS Plus tiers with the top being Premium. Naturally, the higher the subscription that you pay for, the more games and perks you’ll have available.

If you do subscribe to PlayStation Plus Premium, arguably the best benefit is the library of classic titles from a bygone era such as Resident Evil: Director’s Cut, Dino Crisis, Syphon Filter and more.

If you’re yet to subscribe to the PlayStation Plus Premium tier, you may be interested to know that some Sony 4K Bravia TVs are bundled with a 14-day free trial. In this case, redeeming this offer and playing the many games available, will be free during that period with no subscription needed.

“If you have Sony Bravia TV, check your ‘My Bravia’ app, you might have a 14-day Premium trial. Don't know if it's region-locked. I'm located in Germany,” announced Redditor CommercialOk7372 to fellow members on the thread.

“Thanks for the info. My Bravia TV is six years old and I got the 14-day trial in the ‘My Bravia’ app,” DasFrechDax replied. “I just wanted to play the Monster Hunter Wilds open beta two days early for free.”

“I have never run this app on my Bravia TV and I look there to find this promotion. Thanks,” said Successful-Store-952.

“Vertical stand sold separately,” joked Arsh_0087.

As good as this free offer might be, Aggressive_Silver574 reminds the thread to “Switch off the auto-payment because it automatically is turned on,” which will result in you paying for the subscription.
