Despite releasing back in 2020, Cyberpunk 2077 is still very much in its comeback era after a successful update and the release of DLC Phantom Liberty. For those who are yet to play the action RPG, there is currently a free downloadable demo available which you should definitely check out.
After the release of Cyberpunk 2077’s first and only DLC, Phantom Liberty last September as well as the 2.1 update which added a whole bunch of new content, the CD Projekt RED title found itself back at the forefront of everybody’s mind in 2023. After a less than smooth launch back in 2020 due to a myriad of bugs and glitches, the futuristic RPG is now at the top of its game.

This game trial will allow you to dive into Night City and explore the game for up to five-hours, but you do need to be a PlayStation Plus premium subscriber in order to access this. The demo will give you access to everything found in the full game and so if you try your hardest, you could get through quite a hefty chunk of the main story. With the main story expected to take around 25-hours to complete, with full completion taking an estimated 100+ hours, five-hours will be just the tip of the iceberg but will definitely give you a taste of what you can expect.
CD Projekt RED has confirmed that a Cyberpunk 2077 sequel is officially in full development. Codenamed ‘Project Orion’, its team has revealed that “several high-profile additions to the team” will be working on the sequel and has “studio veterans previously involved in Cyberpunk 2077 and its spy-thriller Phantom Liberty expansion spearheading the project”. Exciting news, to say the least!
