Ah, here we are again, more Bloodborne remaster rumours have scuttered beneath the rotten floorboards in the houses of Yharnham.
It seems that every few weeks, new Bloodborne remake or remaster rumours surface and while many of us still have a small glimmer of hope, we’re inevitably slapped in the face by the backhand of disappointment.
Check out the Bloodborne trailer below!
It’s hard to pick just one best game from famed developer FromSoftware, but the chances are that most will likely mention Dark Souls, Elden Ring and the aforementioned Bloodborne, and for good reason, they’re all fantastic games.

It’s quite baffling to think that despite Bloodborne being released for the PlayStation 4 in 2015, Sony still hasnt treated us to a remaster or even a free new-gen update on PS5, in an era in which we’re not short of remasters or remakes.
"A deadly mystery that swallows everything it touches. Face your fears as you enter the decaying city of Yharnam, a forsaken place ravaged by a terrible, all-consuming illness," reads the description of Bloodborne.
Yet, as reported by PlayStation Lifestyle, in the latest glimmer of hope met with disappointment, Bloodborne DLC The Old Hunters reportedly appeared as a reward on PlayStation Stars for the cost of 5,000 points.
Just like Bloodborne, The Old Hunters is PS4 content, however, when it appeared as a reward on PlayStation Stars, it was listed as PlayStation 5 DLC.

Sadly, it’s more than likely that this listing was a mistake, because not only have we already established that The Old Hunters is PS4 content but it has since been removed from the PlayStation Stars rewards.
So until Sony or FromSoftware tells us otherwise, Bloodborne and The Old Hunters DLC is PS4 content but both are at least, backwards compatible with PS5 (with no fancy new features).
