As much as Geralt has stolen our hearts, there is another who’s taken up a primary spot, deserving of our affection and praise: Ciri. For those who long for more closure for one of the franchise’s most engaging and intriguing heroines, look no further than Ciri’s Sole Memento.
Some of you may be trying to match Henry Cavill’s determination to complete the game on its hardest mode, but there are those of us who simply want a more heartwarming epilogue to the game. We’ve bested the scariest monsters, now we want to see our heroes get the finale they deserve.
Wouldn't you agree that it's high time Ciri got her own game?
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Ciri’s Sole Memento is a “heartfelt quest mod” that some gamers think should be an “obligatory part” of every playthrough, thanks to it giving a “satisfying conclusion” to the Geralt, Ciri and crones (aka The Ladies of the Wood) storyline.

If you’ve yet to meet the crones we’re referring to, we won’t be the ones to spoil what transpires; needless to say, those so-called ladies are relentless monsters, similar to the hags of Baldur’s Gate 3. What we’re trying to say is that they’re bad news, and the outcome of facing them isn’t always a positive one.
“Yo, this is sick!” praised one player. “Solid mod props to the creator of this, it should be part of the vanilla game.” The only issue anyone has taken with this quest mod thus far is that the last boss fight is hard or, as some say “tedious”, but those are small gripes that many gamers have pushed past to finish this add-on.
Those looking to play Ciri’s Sole Memento should do so on a vanilla – that’s no other mods, folks – non-new game plus mode, as per the instructions of the modder. From there, simply travel to Novigrad to visit Dandelion’s tavern.
